Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst supports all areas of the Customer Relationship Management process, primarily to assist in developing, implementing and following-up of multi-channel strategies, processes and solutions that support key activities of targeting, acquiring & retaining customers.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Help maintain, develop and roll out new modules and processes in the Company’s Customer Relationship Management software. Assessing business requirements, translating these into functional requirements, and driving the roll-out of the implementation roadmap.
• Assist in the development and execution of Food Waste Reduction programs and monitoring, as it relates to finished goods. Includes but not limited to, analyzing, reporting, process improvements, and follow-up of action points.
• Develop and Maintain CRM Training documents.
• Responsible for following up with stakeholders to ensure KPIs are in line with expectations.
• Help develop and maintain Power BI reporting and KPIs to monitor ROI, and other key drivers to help improve the business.
• Assist in the communication of Pricing Adjustments
• Other duties, projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education experience
• Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

• Work experience
• Minimum – 3 years

• Prior Knowledge/Experience

• Process Improvement or Project Experience is required.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with both internal and external customers (i.e. suppliers, employees, managers, etc.)
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with proven ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse and complex environment.
• Understands and applies general accounting principles, theories, concepts, and finance practices.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with flexibility to adapt quickly to change.
• Very good excel knowledge.
• CRM and Power BI experience is a plus.
